How long for seller to post

I ordered a GPS receiver from ebay, buy-it-now, from a business seller, on 6th April. I've not received it and have had no response to my query as to where it is. I need it by Thursday.
Seller left feedback for a buyer who bought same item a day later than me, but none for me.
What should I do?

Email the seller, state that it has not been received and ask what the situation is, then take it from there. Let them know it's urgent.
I bought something way way back on 6th March from a private seller. It was eventually posted on 1st April. Guess who was marked down on dispatch time?! I mean, I can understand people having a busy life and all that, but felt that almost a month was taking the biscuit just a wee bit! It wasn't urgent or anything so I just left it. Would have disputed before it got too late though.0 -
Sellers need to post within 7 days to get full paypal protection. I agree with the other responses, try phoning the seller and see if that prompts anything, if not open a paypal claim for item not received.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Marked down? I'd leave negative feedback for that.0 -
Nah, was happy with the item itself, so felt that it wouldn't be fair to leave overall negative.0

I've requested seller's contact details. Not received. Called the supposed VIP support line which they advertise prominently to me. First call: 'I haven't received the sellers details'. short pause 'Thank you for calling ebay good bye'
Second call 'What is your ebay ID?' 'Thelawnet' 'Can you spell that' [Spell it out repeatedly, then am cut off
Next six calls - cut off before hearing anyone.
What a joke.0
