Yes its linked to the RROD so they are now covering it under there 3 year warranty

My DS x box, has just got one red light and the E74 message on screen, does that mean the 3 year warranty will now cover his.

Yes, if you give them a call MS should come and collect it

Thank you for your help. He rang MS last sunday, when the light came on, that was a couple of days before the change. We will ring again in the morning, Many thanks
