ive added no script after reading on here that i should have it with firefox. What exactly does it do, and when should i tick allow? eg do i click when on my banking website, mse boards, tesco, facebook etc. If I type the website in, and know its genuine - i'm guessing thats when i click always allow?
Will I need any addons to play audio files?
thanks!!

It blocks certain elements of the page which could be malicious or just harmless this is where you need to allow it on certain pages otherwise they will not function probably just like the sites you said. Audio files should play fine you might need to install flash player for Firefox if you haven't already Download
