Switch again?

About a month ago I switched from scotishpower to npower web 14, but its not gone through yet. I've just checked again on money supermarket and with energyhelpline, and they both say I'd save more, between £55 and £85, if I switched to Npower web 15. I'm just wondering if I could switch to that now and possibly get £15 for doing so?

thats much better, but will it matter that I'm already an Npower customer, or is it a case of try it and hope?

Hello,

Cashback is earned when a new customer has completed the registration process with npower to switch energy suppliers and the service has been confirmed.

In this case I believe you would not be eligible for this cashback offer. Although, if you want to stay with npower and you can save by switching tariffs you can try the cashback option anyway and see whether it tracks or not.
