Transfer money abroad?

I wasn't really sure where to put this, doesn't seem to fit anywhere so I'll give it a go in here.

I need to transfer approx 15,000 Euro's to a company bank account in Spain.

Is there a better way (cheaper/better exchange rates) than doing it directly from my Natwest current account?

To get the best rate you need to contact a number of specialist FX providers and find the lowest possible price between the two listed above.
