I have access to more than one computer so I can print more than once plus I get coupons in the post every now and again. Also buy magazines and newspapers with coupons in them. I am always on the look out for coupons. Oh yeah, I recently swapped coupons with a few people on pts so got a load that way.

How many do you use in one go??

You can use one of each coupon so if you have a really mixed pile you can use any amount if the store doesn't have its own restriction. Once or twice I have had enough mocs to spend over £70 and pay pennies - only when I have had a nice £10 off £50 from Tesco or Sainsburys in my pile though. My local stores are fine with this as long as the mocs are all NSS, different and in date.

At the moment I have about £30 in mixed mocs, partly internet prints and partly magazine ones and swaps from PTS. And I know I don't have anything like every possible moc that is out there! Just search eBay and you'll always see some you don't have (but don't get tempted and buy printables or non-NSS ones...there are a lot of non-legit ones on there). I don't buy from eBay often - maybe once a year when desperate! - as mocs are easy to collect yourself, from the info given here on MSE and on PTS.

Sher60 is also on PTS so has probably swapped a few more times than me - there are certainly well over £50 of usable mocs around if you count all the possible printables plus magazine and product-packaging mocs, still in date Good Food Show ones plus any legit others avalable from eBay.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Pretty much ditto of what Coupon-mad said. I used about 47 coupons in one of the stores I shop in, only 5 in Waitrose as that is their policy and in my favourite Tesco I probably use about 40. Oh, and in my local Tesco Express I use an average of 10 but I have to buy 1 item per coupon so usually get the magazines and newspapers with coupons in from them plus stocking up on halloween candy as it is cheap so can make-up the items I need to use the coupons and stay within spending pennies or nothing on my shopping. Then I recycle the magazines by giving them to the old folks in the home my mother-in-law is in, they love free magazines and don't mind the odd hole where a coupon used to be!

My daughter and I are planning to go to the Birmingham Good Food Show in June, I hope there are more coupons there this time than there were last Nov. I told hubby he could not come with me this time as he hasn't grasped the concept of hunting coupons so he is more of a hinderance than anything else!

Yes eBay is another source I have used too! I limit myself to only bidding up to half the value of the coupons maximum and never buy internet coupons (no need I can print myself plus get friends and relatives to print for me too).

Keep your eyes peeled for coupons, you'll be amazed at how many are out there to be found!!

Forgot to mention, I also sign-up to loads of newsletters from companies that are likely to offer coupons either in the post or internet. As well as send for freebies (mostly found from the freebies thread) as sometimes you get coupons with the freebie.

    Hi Babyj3

Sorry to hear you're having problems. Instead of clicking on the links to open them directly, why not try the following:

    1. Right-click over each link and choose "Save link as.." from the drop-down menu (this will give you an opportunity to save the PDF file to your desktop - or wherever else you choose to save it to)
    2. Once you have saved the file, try to open it up using Adobe Reader (by double clicking on the file)

The above method will avoid using the Adobe Reader plug-in for your browser (which sounds like the root of the problem). So hopefully it should work for you.

Failing that, maybe try un-installing Adobe Reader, rebooting your computer, then download and reinstall it again.

    Good luck!

I tried your advice and can now see the coupon but when I try to print it just says 'file cannot be printed' so it must be adobe reader - last time I unistalled it I messed up my computer (can't even blame it on having a senior moment ha!ha!) and took out ati driver (I think thats what it was called) but was advised how to recover which then undid all the other good works I had done following others advice from here including installing firefox :eek:so it looks as if I have a lot of work to do to find everything again and uninstall/reinstall  or might just give up and accept that I can't print pdf as I get very het up about it all and have just found out I have an ulcer:eek: and can't even have a glass of wine now to relax and unwind - a milkshake somehow isn't the same:eek::rotfl:
Thanks anyway you are very kind to advise and try to help but I am not at all good at this sort of thing only the very basics

    Hello,

Does anybody know if there are any internet coupons accepting tesco's in the Blackpool area and what there policy on how many coupons they take

    Many thanks

    :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T

I'm in Blackpool and have been using moc's in the Blackpool Tesco Extra for about 10 weeks now thanks to this thread. First few times they accepted all the ones I had about 20 and even punched in the code if it didn't scan. Next time hubby went and had to wait till a supervisor was called to see if they were okay and was told it was ok to use moc's up to a third of the bill. Another time have been told only internet coupons with the tick on were being accepted. Today just got back and they accepted them all except the cif one, even took the £3 Airwick which I think some people are having problems with.

Well it's turning out to be a very nice birthday indeed!:j Thanks for the birthday song pinkprincedss1980!! And madmuppet5 that was sweet of you too to wish me a happy birthday, by the way do you think you could do a bit of dancing for new coupons as that would be the best b-day present to have some new coupons to print!! My 75p coupon that came in the post today scanned just fine & dandy and altogether I had £47.73 worth of groceries for 8p!:j And now the sun is actually shining!:D Now I have everything done, I'm going to catch up on emails and print some coupons.

Happy Birthday Sher60, but pleeeeeze tell me, how on earth did you accumulate £47.65 worth of coupons ?? It would be irrelevant to me really as my local T's have a new rule and will only accept 5 coupons per shop, but on the other hand 5x£1.00 would be nice
Life is like a toilet roll. ;) The nearer you are to the end, the faster it goes :D

this is so easy, I have just done it,just follow the instructions below.
    1. Free M&S £10 voucher.
Phone 08003698181 (its free phone). Press 2 on the phone was asked for options. Then list 3 insurance companies (choose any 3 from the top of your head, best have them written done if your anything like me). An automated voice will then ask you if M&S are cheaper. Just say "No". You will then be asked for your name and address and you will receive your £10 voucher for M&S in the post (takes a couple of weeks to come)
Live for today, for tomorrow is promised to no-one.

never complain about growing old,far too many people have been denied that privilege.
