Miserly - like Shinds says there are only a couple of cards which allow free SBTs. Egg is currently the best. The point was that if you were using it for your anniversary offer it is out of action for 5 months. Egg Blue is one possible alternative to fill the gap.

Shinds - yes it is fee free.

Badmission - Egg does not charge any fees for SBTs, and won't charge you any interest if your Egg card has £0. While passing the money through you might be in debt for a couple of days depending how you organise it. If so you will just be charged for those couple of days, not an entire month, so it won't amount to much.
