I am no expert but I would think after any debts ... they would inherit an equal share..
Brother One's..... son and 2 daughters.
Brother Two's.... son and deceased daughters child

Hi
Theres a website called bona vacantia, the link below it should take you straight to the family tree of who's eligible.

I'm inclined to agree with Tanith as the people who are eligible have to be of whole blood to the deceased.Debt [STRIKE]£52,656.60[/STRIKE]_pale_£41273.42:)

I think that the estate would be divided up as follows;
2 nieces and 1 nephew - would share Brother one's half share of the estate
nephew and great - nephew would share Brother two's half share of the estate2014 Target;

I agree with MoD - the 2 brothers would be entitled to the estate and their shares would be shared by their descendants, so the estate would be split as this:
2 nieces & nephew would get 50% split into thirds and
1 nephew & 1 child of niece would get 50% split into 2 halves.
At least, that's how I understand it.0 -
Whole blood means a brother shares two parents the same. Half brothers and sisters do not have the same rights to benefit as those of the whole blood. Slightly outdated in this day and age.0
