Each code is valid for one free day at a Chewits Sports Course during the school holidays up until 1st September 2009 and is valid for up to two people, so you can bring a friend or brother/sister.

What do I do next?
To claim your prize please log on to www.chewitspremiersport.org and follow these simple instructions below:
· Click Parents
· Click Online Bookings
· Enter your hometown or postcode and click 'Show me local courses'
· This will bring up a map of your area. Under 'Type of course' uncheck the extra-curricular and tots boxes
· The map will now show available courses in your area - click on the course you would like to book
· Enter child's details and promotional code
If you do not have access to the internet or are having problems claiming your prize online please contact the Chewits press office on 0161 236 2277 and we will assist in getting your prize to you.
Anyone attending will need to bring a packed lunch, plenty of non-fizzy drink, a change of footwear and suitable clothing for changing weather conditions. You will need shin pads for football and hockey. For ease these can be purchased online and picked up on the day to collect.
