PCN Harrow Council - Footway Parking!

Hi all,
I had a PCN stuck to my windscreen on 03/04 which is for parking while having one or more wheels on or over a footpath. I was one of the several cars parked this way on the day as if I had parked fully on the road, it would be have obstructed traffic. The time on the ticket is 2107 hrs on a Sat night, whilst I ran into the take-away to pick up my food. I could not have stayed for more than 5-7 minutes.
What are my options?
