Ebay contact - stressed, please help!!!

I have auctions ending tonight and have accidently supplied the wrong e-mail address (as not sold on here for over a year) so every time a payment is made via paypal, the money just sits there and I have to contact the buyers individually to get them to cancel the payment, supply me with their e-mail ad. so I can then send an invoice. To me this is long winded. I called paypal and they told me this is the best way around it and to contact e-bay.
I am trying to edit the listing but am being told I cant as there are bids on it already and a short space of time. I tried to contact e-bay but every time I press the "contact us" button nothing happens. Aaaagggghhhhh.
Does anyone have e-bays e-mail address?
Hope someone on here can help as I've been trying to sort this mess out for almost 2 hours now!!!
