Call a paramedic, I like a Vauxhall!!
Cant believe I have typed those words, but having had a new Insignia dropped off this morning whilst mine is in for a few jobs doing, its great, drives well, looks very well, am totally shocked, the last Vauxhall I drove was a Vectra and that was hateful to drive.
Congrats to the designers.

I had the 1.8SRi a couple of weeks ago hired by work for a trip up to cumberland and back and thought it was OK but very underpowered, lots of room inside but the seats are still quite hard and I knew I'd been driving for 8 hours when I got out.
no way would I part with my money for oneTotally Debt Free & Mortgage Free Semi retired and happy0 -

I still couldn't part with my own money for one and cant vouch for the seats yet, as I have only driven it a few miles.
Its just so shocking, I once turned down a job offer, due to the fleet manager only giving out Vectras.0 -
I'm a complete convert since I got my Astra a year ago - I love it!
A friend of mine had a crash a few months back and had a Corsa for a courtesy car while her Focus was being repaired. Now she wants a Vauxhall.

People don't buy Vectra's - they get given them...0

I've driven vauxhalls for 20 years. Never had reason to complain."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

Have just handed it back and am still impressed, yes the 1.8l engine was on the wheezy side, but if you keep the revs up around 4k you can make fairly swift progress.
Interior and exterior are a world apart from previous Vauxhalls I have driven, they have achieved that fine balance of the designers wishes and the accountants bean counting.
Good riddance to the Vectra and congrats to Vauxhall.0 -

The Corsa and Astra are nice .... still not convinced by the Insignia .... maybe they need to rename it Cavalier to convince me (back to the good ol' days)!!If you found my comment helpful, please click the 'Thanks' button below :T0
