Can you buy chicken mince in the supermarket (or anywhere)?
After making lamb meatball curry & lovin it:D
I plan on trying it with chicken meatballs instead of breast (as I can put chilli & herbs in the mince).
But I can only find turkey mince in the supermarket
I guess it won't matter that much when the chilli & herbs are in it, but do they not sell minced chicken (I prefer chicken to turkey)?

Sainsbury sell Chicken Mince. I make chicken burgers flavoured with Italian herbs. It complements the chicken beautifully. Served with green beans and new potatoes. Nice summer dish.0

I buy chicken mince quite regularly (cheaper and healthier alternative!) from Asian supermarkets/cash and carry's. Its a common food item for us Asians!
If you have one near you, I am pretty sure they will have it.

If I wanted chicken mince, which I don't:D, I would ask my butcher to mince some breasts for me. It's what butchers are for.0

If you're going to ask your butcher to do that, check how much mince you'll end up with; the butcher at the farm shop I frequent can mince chickens for me but warns I'd lose 3/4lb in their mincer because of the size of it. Instead, they debone a whole chicken and finely chop it for me; it isn't the same but closest I can get.0
