I had an account with LLoyds TSB about 4 years ago, and due to financial problems at the time took out overdraft of £1000. Can i say i have little or no correspondance from LLoyds TSB as i will mention soon. I set up repayment plans with LLoyds of various amount but felt i was being beaten by interst as each payment i was making interest was being added. As of Novemeber 07 which is the last letter i recived i owed £731 in which i was still paying of £50 a month from april 08 to april 09 i payed £650, and expected to walk in the bank on saturday morning to pay £81 and be finished. I found that i still owed £645.:mad::mad::mad: When i challenged this they said because i never called them to re arrange another payment plan. Now adresses, like i said last correcspondance was Nov 07 since then i just payed and payed not checking up (yes should of been doing this i except), Spoke to collections 6 month ago with that adress to find out how much was left to pay, at that time was approx £3**, the call last week to find out how much they did not have that address and would tell me what it was.:mad: I went to my branch from advised from collections to find that my address had been changed to the mian branch address in Grey Street Newcastle, I diddnt do this and they wont give me a reason why. So im even more angry because they have changed my adrress without telling me. I think i have payed in excess of 1500k back to them and am reluctant to give them a penny more. I am writing a letter to there collections dept with complaint and also been in touch with bank onibusman who have regestered my case. Just wanting any further advise as im sick of this feel like i should of took £1500 and burned it.
