Create the next ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ pizza and you could win £10,000 Promoter: Domino’s Pizza Group Limited (“DPGL”), Lasborough Road, Kingston, Milton Keynes, MK10 0AB

Eligibility and terms

1. The competition is open to UK residents only, aged 16 years or over, excluding employees and their families of each of DPGL or its associated companies, Domino’s franchisees, FremantleMedia Limited and ITV PLC, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
2. By entering this competition all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

How do I enter?

1. Using the existing Domino’s Pizza base, you can use up to 5 single portion toppings of your choice to create your pizza (please note the existing base consists of Domino’s regular dough, tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese).
2. You can enter as many times as you like, but each entry must be for a different pizza name and ingredients.
3. No entries allowed from competitors clubs, agents or third parties.
4. Each entry must clearly state what toppings are to be used. All toppings must be edible and should not constitute illegal or dangerous substances.
5. Each pizza created must also be named. So be creative.
6. Each entry must contain the entrant’s name and address and contact telephone number.
7. Any entries deemed by DPGL to be defamatory, offensive or abusive will be instantly disqualified from the competition.
8. In the event that there are identical entries for a pizza, in terms of both name and exactly the same ingredients, the earliest received date will be used to decide which one is taken forward. 9. In the event that the dates are identical in 7. above the entry will be selected at random. Whether any two or more entries are identical will be determined by the judges in their absolute discretion.
10. Entries can be made online at www.dominos.co.uk/talent, or by post to Domino’s BGT Competition, PO Box 6060, BRINKLOW, MK10 1NR.
11. Last date for receipt of entries is 12/07/2009.
12. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received or incompletely received for whatsoever reason.
13. Entries only from the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).
14. No purchase necessary.

What happens next?

1. All entries will be considered by the judging panel on the basis of the following criteria: Creative, genuine, practical, apt and the best in terms of taste, look, plus general feasibility for sale. The entries will also be checked against those already in development by Domino’s Pizza and those already in circulation and a shortlist of three will be drawn up that they consider the best for this criteria. The three shortlisted entrants will be advised by 31/10/09.
2. The judging panel for the shortlisted entries will consist of employees of DPGL and FremantleMedia Limited, and will also include one judge independent of both DPGL and FremantleMedia Limited. The judges’ decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The three pizzas will then be put to a public vote with a media partner to decide the winner. The terms and procedure of the public vote will be determined by DPGL in its absolute discretion. 4. The overall winner will be notified, by phone, after the results of the public vote (by 30/11/2009) and it is intended that the winning pizza will be featured on Domino’s Pizza menus for Britain’s Got Talent in 2010 (subject to the show running on terrestrial television). However, DPGL shall be under no legal obligation to feature the winning pizza on any menu.
5. In the event that Britain’s Got Talent is not for any reason broadcast on terrestrial television in 2010, the winning pizza will not be launched (although DPGL reserves the right to launch any similar or identical pizza at any time in the future).
6. The overall winner shall receive a cash prize of £10,000.
7. Any and all the intellectual property rights (including pizza names or pizza composition) in relation to entries to this competition will vest in DPGL absolutely and irrevocably. By entering the competition, you assign to DPGL all such intellectual property rights and agree to execute all documents and do all acts as may, in the opinion of DPGL, be necessary to vest any or all such intellectual property rights in DPGL. Insofar as such intellectual property rights do not vest automatically in DPGL by law or under these terms and conditions, you will hold legal title in such rights on trust for DPGL.
8. DPGL reserve the right to amend the name of any pizzas submitted.
9. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity.

Data Protection

1. Any personal data of entrants will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to third parties without the relevant individual’s prior consent.
2. By entering this competition, entrants are agreeing to have their names and counties released should they be shortlisted or win a prize.
3. By entering this competition, entrants are agreeing to receive marketing offers by email from Domino’s Pizza Group Limited. Entrants can unsubscribe from such marketing offers at any time by visiting www.dominos.co.uk, clicking on the “privacy” link and following the “unsubscribe” instructions.
Liability and Jurisdiction
1. DPGL is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered by any entrant where such damage or loss was not at the time the entry into the competition was made a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these terms and conditions.
2. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to exclude DPGL’s liability:
a. for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence;
b. for fraud; or
c. further than is permitted by law.
3. The competition and these terms and conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
