I was mis-sold an IVA so I decided to go through bankruptcy with the help of UK bankruptcy. I paid £3600 into the IVA though over a year can I claim this money back or not??

Hi KP
Its a good question however even if you managed to claim back your OR would take it anyway (provided it within the undischarged period) ...is it worth the hassle? I`d be more inclined to suggest to the OR that you felt it was missold & let them investigate to see if they can get any refund.
