My policy expired on 7th April, I was with Peugeot Insurance, I had 9 years protected no claims.
I had my car broken in to in March and then stolen on 2nd April, so two claims in my last financial year.
The wording in my policy isn't overly clear, I am intending to purchase a new car this week so will be getting new quotes - I haven't had any problems with Peugeot so might stay with them but I am confused about my no claims situation as it was protected, I have never claimed on any insurance previously and certainly never claimed on my car insurance.
Can I still claim for no claims, I will obviously be up front about the claims, especially if I switch insurer.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

You probably need to call your insurer to clarify the wording if you aren't sure.
I have had it said to me when on the phone getting quotes that max NCD with protection means your NCD isn't affected until you make more than 3/4/5 claims in a 3/4/5 year period.
Obviously this varies from co to co so I'd call to clarify.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0
