Help kids messed up my pc

Hi, I let the kids have ago on the pc earlier to play some games.
I have just gone on it myself & everything is super sized, does anyone know how to switch it back.

    Right click on the desktop, Properties, Settings and change the Screen Resolution slider.

    Sounds like you need to go and adjust your monitor settings through the control panel.
