I bought some generic ink cartridges for a Canon Smartbase MP360 multifunction - colour and black. They aren't great. Can anyone recommend a good generic make of cartridge, quality and price wise? Are the refillable ones any good?
Thank you.
Thank you.

I used MX2 they sell spectrum cartridges start at 99pence :money: Fine for b/w and other coloured printed docs.
But I haven't tried photo printing with these cartridges - if that is what you are afterRich people save then spend.
Poor people spend then save what's left.0 -
I recently 'had' to buy a Tesco branded cartridge for an MP780. It was the text cartridge though, not the photo.
Was concerned at first, but it seems okay. Looks as good as the original Canon print.-=Mr-J=-0 -
I used CTC that aren't great. Before that used Pelikan in Europe but can't find them here. Yes, it's photo printing that worries me most. But the CTC black one smudges even on docs.
Thanks for the info.0 -
Printrite, have always had a good reputation, saying that it can be a good idea to just buy single colour carts & through trial & error find what best suits you.0

thanks, the machine is a multifunction with one single tri-colour cartridge. Pelikan worked great but photo printing is awful with the generics I've tried so far - docs are fine. Have been instructed to print off good photo of a friend's new baby ie urgent!!0
