Should I get my car serviced?

Afternoon

I bought a car last April (6months old 14,000 (57 plate)) miles on the clock (From Arnold Clark).

It is a Mazda 6 and has now done 18,500 miles.

Should I get this car serviced now or just an oil and filter change?

I presume it had it's first service around the time you bought it? If so you will probably need a service now. You really need to check your service intervals though but if it missed it's first service the warranty might be void now.
  • It did have a full service when I bought it.
  • The service intervals are yearly or 12,500 miles.

So I'd be checking your warranty is still valid if it didnt get the first one until 14k. As for the next service. Its due at either 2 years or 25k miles

........whichever comes first so you will be due the second one.
