    cool now all i need is a man to propose!

    I have had the quote back for the builder... for a built in bed over the stairs to make dd room a bit bigger £1,600 = not to bad at all and well worth doing!

    to move some of the stairs, make dd room bigger, make a dinning room etc making the house 150% better £9,300... uumm going to have to think about this one

    Right next step is to see someone about a morgage!
