  • Just shows there are still jobs out there if you want them :)

I'm getting to the stage now where I *need* to start applying for things... I am desperate to leave home and get my own place. I have no references or anything though, I wonder if I should just put my college teacher down as one?

Yeah thats a good idea CL (just check with her/him first lol) At least its someone in a position of authority. I would have thought that them and then someone else for a personal reference-have you got any friends of the family that own their own business or are in a responsible job-teacher/doctor or similar? that would be brill but anyone that has known you for a long time would be fine.

Off to work today ,smug fish on scratchcards etc etc etc lol

want my webdesigner to get better so she can do my website coz ive decided to get some smart flyers printed and deliver them round the posh local areas! can get 5000 for a £100 and i can also use them in the wedding shops and on notice boards so good value I reckon. cant do it til the sites done though...I WANT IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Morning everyone,

Well done Jen :). My dad is driving my sister back to uni in Falmouth today, got woken up at 5 something, wasn't particularly impressed but I managed to get back to sleep. Got a £5 Amazon voucher from bingoport this morning which is a good start, am thinking I might start saving them for boyfriends birthday, even 2 a month would be £60 by then. Am planning to try and strip my dads bedroom wallpaper today, will see how successful I am...

Leaflets sound like a good idea mm, maybe I should do that too, it would be good exercise if nothing else lol.
    Finally bought a home
