yeah but scary even scarier is it was out of date when we went to spain because it expired 30/sept/08!!! they never noticed or mentioned it then though!

And we used our passports when we went to france for the day last year and they never said anything then either!!

That's a bit worrying re the passports, you could have been stranded in France or spain.

Well I was naughty and bought Wii active. It's b****y hard. I've just done a 20 min prgramme and the darn thing kept giving me lunges. My knees feel like jelly lol.
I can see the benefits of it though, so will hopefully start the 30 day programme tomorrow.

i think you choose well yukki i am not that impressed with the wii resort a lot of the games are the same as wii sport- bowling etc

That is scary about the passports Jen! Know wht you mean about the lunges-you wait til you get the squat holds....do a squat and then hold it for 30 seconds...ouch!!!!
have got my car home but am going round my mates for tea and to watch x factor so no time to play :-(

I am out tonight, recording x factor, i need to start watching it with mates though as no fun taking the mickey out of the weirdos to my cats!

I am going to start the 30 day challenge tomorrow and hopefully play with dd1 to see if that keeps motivation up.

MM is there any way you can just play the games you want or are they all present workouts? I haven't looked that far into it but was wondering.

Yep you can make up your own workouts or just do the exercises you want Yukki.

X factor was rubbish, it was much better before with the auditions with no music and just the judges.
