At the moment she couldn't as she works for an employment agency. I am going to ask her if she says no which she might i am going to book a nice holiday to tunisia for me and dd then buy the tv i want then go back to saving.

I feel very disheartened! it is so annoying

Evening everyone, ice skating again soon :).

I'm glad you've got a van lilmiss, conveniently my dad is an HGV driver so if I ever manage to move out he'll be driving my stuff about...

Try not to get too down Jen, like mm says you've done really well, and you're still pretty young in the grand scheme of things. Just keep saving for now and you'll get there in the end :).
    Finally bought a home

hi all i am still feeling very low and deflate i think retail therapy is the only answer!! My mum can't do it at the moment....

The only way i can do it is if i find a way to up my income workwise. the course i have applied for should get me a pay rise and when dd is older i will be able to do more hours!!

My focus now if to find the perfect tv then sort out a holiday! I might book some time at centre parcs to celebrate my 30th in march 2010!!

Then get back to saving a bigger and better deposit for the future!

Aww Jen that's a shame about the mortgage.

Thanks MM I really want one, but think it will have to wait, maybe by the time I have money it'll be winter and I'll be more inclined to prance abaout.

Dawn glad yu got the van sorted, onwards and upwards.
