Hi all,
Yukki-done 2 workouts with wiiactive and my legs kill. There are a lot of lunges involved! Am doing the 30 day challenge and they give you different exercises each time you do a workout-so far, boxing, tennis, running, arm exercises with the resistance band and dreaded lunges-100% more intense than wii fit.
Good luck for the mortgage bloke jen-has he been yet?
Hope you are feeling a bit better Dawn and hope you get a van sorted
