Funny you should say that coz whilst researching the wii active I found a review that said the ideal weights on wii fit were geared to eastern measurements who are generally smaller than us westerners! Any idea what ideal weight for 5'4" is? Perhaps I should join you and aim for ten stone.0

Hehe dd1 decided to get the wii out tonight so we've all been on the wiifit. Let's see if we carry on playing it.0

I'm sure you two can both lose it
. I'm also 5ft 4, and the nurse told me I was bang in the middle of the ideal weight for my height (I'm about 8st 8lb now), but that was before I went on the pill which made me gain some weight. Makes you wonder what ideal is, it doesn't sound like much though
.
I'd love a wii fit, I need to get the wii first though. My ex had one so I'd never got myself one, I'll have to add it to my list. Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £181,991.57Overpayments since 27.03.19: £59,482.47Moving fund so far £4500 - Premium bonds £4,0000 -

Sounds like a plan
PS - I haven't been 8 stone anything ever as an adult! The lowest I have been was 9st 4lb - and I was a size 8/10! :rolleyes:Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -

I'm in! My current signature is the count down to 11st - my first target. As I keep losing and gaining it back again I have had this same target since New Year
You all seem so motivated on this thread so I'm hoping some of it will rub off on me
Thursday is my weigh-in day (to tie in with a friend doing WW) so I will update each week
Good luck everybody
