Funny you should say that coz whilst researching the wii active I found a review that said the ideal weights on wii fit were geared to eastern measurements who are generally smaller than us westerners! Any idea what ideal weight for 5'4" is? Perhaps I should join you and aim for ten stone.

I'm sure you two can both lose it :). I'm also 5ft 4, and the nurse told me I was bang in the middle of the ideal weight for my height (I'm about 8st 8lb now), but that was before I went on the pill which made me gain some weight. Makes you wonder what ideal is, it doesn't sound like much though .

I'd love a wii fit, I need to get the wii first though. My ex had one so I'd never got myself one, I'll have to add it to my list.

    Sounds like a plan :D

PS - I haven't been 8 stone anything ever as an adult! The lowest I have been was 9st 4lb - and I was a size 8/10!

I'm in! My current signature is the count down to 11st - my first target. As I keep losing and gaining it back again I have had this same target since New Year :o You all seem so motivated on this thread so I'm hoping some of it will rub off on me :D

Thursday is my weigh-in day (to tie in with a friend doing WW) so I will update each week

    Good luck everybody :D
