    Spud I dont think warenty matters, my brothers had 3 seperate red rings on the same console over the 5+ years he has had, each time they have fixed it free of charge. He now has a new box but me and mum use his old one. On this page is help/support links :D

    DH is not a happy bunny. Looks like his world has come to an end, bless him :(

    Warranty is now 3 years for the RRoD fault. It would still be worth asking on microsoft online help.
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    had a bit of a lazy lay in bed this morning.
    im now going to go do something productive, clean my car and maybe a spot of gardening to help my parents out abit.
