If anyone's been to this before, do they run out of ice cream quickly, and is it really really busy?

Judgeing by the other posts, and the website, you can just walk in and request your free ice cream.

I did this last year and it was a lot of fun! (and the free ice cream was very very good )

Yeh its really busy. You have to wait in a queue (I'm talking from a London experience).

They don't run out of ice cream.... I don't remember anyone getting turned away. The queue is really long though!!! And obviously there will be a limit to popular flavours so in that case they might run out of a particular flavour but not everything.... but thats just the same as a normal day I guess.

As cooldude quite rightly pointed out, you just turn up, wait in the queue and ask. No voucher or anything needed.

I won't get to go this year Last year I couldn't either because I had stupid dissertation to do and the year before was because of exams and this year I can't go because I start my new job next week!!! LOL. Free ice cream and I just don't go together I guess! :P I will buy one on the way home to make up for it!

is it only the stores that have the free cone logo next to them as there are loads on the participating stores list but not all have the free cone logo attatched

Oh poo. Just realised that myself. Cleveleys Vue doesn't have a free cone logo either

yorkshirepud beat me to it, yep its the ones with the free cone day thingy next to it.

if you go to the west end one in central london your likely to wait for half hour-1 hour, but the others should be no longer than 10 mins.

you can go say at 1pm, then at 4.30pm.
