paying off existing credit card from abroad with balance transfer

I am currently living in France and am trying to pay off a credit card balance. I want to do a balance transfer to a new card but unable to because no longer uk resident. Is there a company that can help?

You won't be able to open a new card with any company if you live overseas. What card are you wanting to transfer the balance from? Have you tried calling them and asking if they will lower your rate?0
