Does anyone know when this cashback is due to be paid?

With your last bill of the 12 month period.

Quote from npower site:

Your discount is shown annually in arrears as a discount from your final bill of the 12 month period, if you are a single fuel customer. For dual fuel customers, it will appear on your final electricity bill in that period. Supply must be from npower. Customers must pay by monthly Direct Debit throughout the year to get their single fuel discount and for both fuels in this way for their £60 discount.
