Egg Money login problem

Anyone else having trouble logging in to EGG? The website loads up alright but when I try to login I get a network timeout error message at 'logon.egg.com'. I don't want to call them as they take over half an hour to even answer the phone even on a normal day. God knows how long they would take on Easter Sunday!

Yes, I have exactly the same problem. But when I try to login when I'm connected to my work server using openVPN, it does work, I'm not very versed into these sort of problems, but someone on the Virginmedia forum is saying that it might be a DNS resolution problem on Virginmedia's side. Are you using a VM connection?

VM user here, and I can login fine.

They seem to have network/DNS problem, at least for several people in Edinburgh...

Yep I'm with virginmedia. So by the sounds of it, I am not the only one suffering the same problem.
