I could not get the link to work but a basic search in two search engines could not find their website!  I would say stay clear.

I don't know if this helps, but I tried logging onto https://www.outsourceline.com here at work and websense blocked the page under the category of Phishing and Other Frauds

Something very similar to this was posted on another forum I use. It is a scam and resulted in one member on that forum losing a lot of money and getting into trouble with the police. I can't remember the exact details but when I have a bit more time later this week I will try and track down the thread and explain more.
