Failed Security Check on Nationwide FlexAccount

I've had this account lain dormant with just a quid or so in it for a few months now. I just err never got around to closing it. But I've become interested in Matched Betting lately and thought it would be ideal to use this account for it.
I kept all my details: customer number, memorable data and pass number. But when I went to login I couldn't. So I gave customer services a call and I was able to confirm my name and address. He asked where and when I opened the branch and it was that long ago I wasn't really sure. He then asked around how much was in the account and I told him. He also asked what the last withdrawal was. And I wasn't sure. I stopped the paper statements so the only way to check would be to login online! He then said I'd failed the security check and he couldn't help me....
So err what can I do? Thanks for your help on this one!

OK. Will do. Its easier said than done however because I live in the back of beyond.0

If your account number is in the format xxxx/xxxxxxxxx, could you post the bit before the /. This is your branch code and I'll try to lookup the branch name for you.
Do you still receive any correspondence from them? E.g. cheque books or cards?0 -

There is a branch code of 0782. If you could tell me the branch from that, that'd be great. The account number is just eight digits with no separator.0 -
0782 is 14/16 Market Street, Lancaster, LA1 1HX0

That was quick! Brill thanks. I knew it was Morecambe or Lancaster. I'm going to check how much I transferred across to the account I use now. That may be my last transaction but I'm not sure. If I can give it to the closest penny though perhaps it'll do the trick.0 -
Phew! We're in. Thanks again Brucey. Passed the security check this time. I think I'd just been mistyping my memorable data.
EDIT: But I'd been dense and thrown away my card reader. Oh well, easy to get a new one.
BUT! Bonus! There was an Amazon payment in there. So I'm a little more well off than I realised
