Next thread shortcut

Hi all,

does anyone know if there is a shortcut key on the keyboard that takes you to the next thread in the MSE forums rather than scrolling down and clicking the next thread link? If not is there any way I could assign one myself?

Apologies if I'm asking a stupid question here or if I've posted in the wrong forum!

Assuming you're a Firefox user...

These two extensions might do what you want (especially the first one):

"Go to next/prev page or thread using rightmouse+wheel, alt+PgDn/Up in search, forum sites. It recognizes number page series([1][2][3]...), thread series or some keywords like next/prev."

"See more search results etc. on one page, concatenating several pages together..."

EDIT: This second extension appears to be out of date but the comments suggest there are others that do the same thing.

I don't use either of them myself but I've considered them in the past as they sound quite useful.

Just below the last post in a thread are the words "Previous Thread" "Next Thread". Clicking on the "next" one does what you want I think.
