Couple travel insurance? different home address?

is it legal for myself and fiancee to purchase travel insurance as a couple but have different home address?

    Its not illegal but most companies define a couple as either husband and wife or common law husband and wife AND they HAVE to live at the same address. So if you chose one of the companies (Which to my knowledge is all of them) then the policy will simply not be valid so if they discover you do not live at the same address they will not pay your claims.

    You will need to read what each Insurer you get a quote from defines a coupe as being to find one that does not insist on you living at the same address, I don't think you will find anyone.

    The way to do it properly is to have two seperate policies ideally with the same Insurer

    If you are just taking single trip insurance, then you can both be insured under the one policy, not as a couple, but as individual members of a "group" travelling together.
