    So, in effect by starting to switch you were penalised? It's not possible to go back to British Gas's 'standard' tariff?

    IPGT sites are basically small independant gas suppliers.
    they sell their gas for a higher price than transco so the companies pay more for the gas - hence you pay more and there is nothing you can do about that I'm afraid. Blame the builders.
