Tesco credit card buy now pay later

I was just wondering if anyone has had any problems with the Tesco buy now pay later on tesco direct using your tesco credit card facility. A few weeks ago i placed an order using buy now pay later, the invoice from tesco direct states that it is a buy now pay later order, but when i log into my tesco credit card online servicing, it is showing up on my account balance and as a recent transaction. Apparently my next statement will clearly list my buy now pay later transaction separately and wont be included on the minimum payment. My next statement is due in the next few days, but i am slightly worried about it as im not sure wether this should be showing up on my account balance already, and a telephone call to customer services didn't really ease my worries as the first person wasnt really sure then they put me through to someone that said yes it has gone through as a buy now pay later purchase, but the way she said it didnt really fill me with confidence. So has anyone had a previous experience with this and did it go through ok?

  • yep they dipped my credit card customer service kept transfering me ,they basically said ah well now its through there is nothing we can do about it.they have a dedicated dept and number for buy now pay later its monday afternoon and its been ringing for nearly 30 minuits now.
If a small private business was to carry on like this the directors would be prosecuted for defraud.
  • finally managed to get through after what seems an eternety..... anyway the amount shows up cut is not due look @the summary at bottom of bill see cash with percentages
    then purchases with percentages
then tesco direct with zero percent and due date
