Marigold and Sweat Pea from Aldi

Hi all,

have bought the above plug plants from Aldi but not sure were I need to plant them out. How tall do they grow? Do they need support?

Don't think the marigolds will need support they won't grow much higher then 20-30cm (i think) but the sweet peas will. They will grow quite tall and will need to be supported, you just need to wind them around something I use long twigs from my garden.

Sweat peas will need support or let them grow in hanging baskets then they wont need any

My sweat peas grown from Aldi seeds are in pots with about 5 bamboo canes and fastened with a plastic ring bamboo holder I got from wilkos

Just wondered how much the plugs are at Aldi and if there is much variety? Need to get some plants and wondering where to get them (cheaper the better!)

LyndaH its not to late to grow from seed, you can get a pack of about 30 for 50pish and they soon grow. Very easy to grow

Boyes, Aldi, and Wilkos all have them for around 50p a pack
