Kelloggs36 I did state I was told this information - by my caseworker this morning, it could be that she has never heard of one going through but as you say they are rare!0

I wasn't having a go, just stating that they are very rare, and probably not well publicised - to be honest, most NRPs come up with the money at the 11th hour to prevent the forced sale which is the best outcome to be honest and what you would want anyway.0
