Help!! My Argos vertical blinds wont turn open. Did I fit them wrong?

I bought some Argos blinds but they are not opening properly. They rotate maybe 20 degrees tops. I dont know if I fitted them wrong or if the blinds are at fault and if the blinds are at fault I would like to know so that I dont get another pack. Any advice would be appreciated.
Right now, the wand to rotate the blinds is stuck after I turn a certain amount and then I cant rotate the blinds any further.

I had the same blinds. That's what they do. They don't open properly.Motto: 'If you don't ask, you don't get!!'

Hi Teddy, actually, I returned the rail and got another of the same one, and the new rails works fine. I think some of them are duds, is all.0
