I have the same thing- I go to the gym...alot (I actually have a mental health type-problem with going) and aside from a pouting stomach which gets me seats on tubes and brings me to tears daily when I get asked if I am pregnant, my arms, upper body/chest and legs take a size 10. My stomach? size 12-14.....even my doctor wouldn't believe me when I siad I was not pregnant...I used to be sevearly underweight (anorexic) and now have a huge problem with slow digestion and this is partly the result.
I find that low cut longer body tops are what works for me- mainly because I try to make my upper body blend together- not draw attention to anything other then my face and neck- away from my body. Some people though will try to make a feature of thier legs/big chest/arms as a decoy, its what works for you.
I buy from regular clothes shops, (Topshop, M&S, tk maxx) I just make sure I buy tops two sizes up and then wear baggy, style it out with a large belt (skinny belts don't do you any favors unless your skinny) and never ever wear anything tight on my legs- it just makes my middle look ever rounder!- but thats what works for me, you may feel differently or want to wear different stuff.0
