What kind of questions do they ask? How long did it take you?
I am still confused about the ID thing. If I took a DLA letter and my passport is that acceptable? As I am unable to provide a utality or mortgage statement.
I have lived at my home for 14 years with my parents.
ID - can be your passport
Proof of address - a current, original bank or building society statement.
As you live with your parents you presumably don't have utility bills in your name.0
