is it just me or does the site take a few minutes to update posts etc?

    Not seen that glitch, but there have been quite a few others since the board was upgraded from vBulletin 3.6.5 to 3.8.2 last weekend.

    There is a thread to report problems if it persists on the Site Feedback: Questions & suggestions board.

    anyone know how to check to see if it's my computer rather than the site? got a feeling it's me

    You could try clearing your internet browser history and cookies

    Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. :(

    anyone else know anything I can try to update the site faster tried the above but it still can take up to 20mins to update?

    Do you mean that it is taking that long for your posts to appear on the board, or do you mean a delay in showing up when you search for them?

    Try using a different browser maybe?
