Hi guys, i would like to hear from anyone who has had similar problems with citroen finance? or similar?
I will tell you my story.

I have a citroen car on hp and when i purchased the car the Citroen salesman asked me if i wanted ppi, which after a few questions i decided yes.
On the 16th jan this year i lost my job, and contacted Citroen on the 19th to let them know and asked for my ppi to kick in, i then spoke to the company T.W.G. services, who obviouslly work on behalf of Citroen (i never knew who they where until that day) i then waited 3 weeks for forms to arrive, but nothing! i then contacted them again and they told me that my claim was for sickness!?!?! whcih was wrong, i then waited another week and i finally got the forms, filled them out, sent them back, 2 weeks later got another form for business failure:confused::confused:
sent that back with letter stating that i dont own business, and after all that they sent me another form, which was filled out and they received last thursday (still waiting for decision)

Now during all this time (over 2 months) i kept getting letters from citroen stating that i was behind on payments and need to pay or late charges etc will be added to my account, i rang and explained, and they said i need to chase up the ppi company, i told them this was there job, as they work on your behalf! anyway, the letters kept coming, and after 2 recorded delivery complaints (no replys) 7 phone calls (talk to brick wall) and 5 emails i never recieved a single response!.
to top it all i received in the post last monday, a default of payments notice which is now stuck to my credit rating, and a demand for the money of over £500 by next wednesday, or they will either seek the full amount £110000 or take the car back! i then sent another letter and still no reply, until today!!!!..... i got an email that read, we dont chase
insurance up, that is your job, that is all it said. I thanked the lady for responding to my complaint and again, wrote out my concerns.
I paid the money every month by direct debit, to citroen for the car and the insurance, noone else.
I even have a letter with citreon written all over it explaining my ppi policy!! but now i want to claim they dont want to know, not even a "we will put your account on hold until the outcome of the ppi.
I paid januarys payment which was due at the end of that month, that was all the cash i had.

Financial ombudsman has been informed and 2 weeks later, still no reply!!

forgot to mention, Citroen even re activated the direct debit!, it was a good job i checked, or i could be either left with a £500 overdraft or fees!!
