I have a my own .co.uk email address as well as an address from my ISP .
If I send an email from my ISP address to my own .co.uk address it bounces

Have you tried emailing from a different address?
Also have you tried sending a different message contents in your test message? It's failing because it's hitting rules in a spam filter. If you use different words in your test message it may not hit on the filters rules.
Incidentally, have you accidentally included your personal email address in your posting? If you move your mouse over the blue highlighted bits. Might want to edit that.0 -
it maybe flagged because there is some html in the body.
try a test text only message and a different subject title0
