    Hi

This is my first time attempting to reclaim PPI. I have had loans & credit cards with HSBC. Which address would be best to send my claim to?

Also, how are HSBC at paying up?

Thanks. Any & all help/advice is greatly appreciated!

If you win redress, do not send the acceptance form back by recorded delivery :D normal post and proof of posting will suffice :D
One member of this forum, who shall be nameless :D had to send their acceptance again after sending the original one back by recorded delivery :rotfl:
