The Laptop Centre-great customer service

Hi all
Just wanted to shout about the fantastic customer service I received from www.thelaptopcentre.co.uk . I ordered a reconditioned laptop, but was told in an email a few days later that they had accidentally oversold. I was then offered a free upgrade, with free next day delivey which I promptly snapped up! The laptop is great, just what I needed, fully set up, literally just switch on and go.
