I need to get my MOT done by Saturday - has anyoen had any experience with nationwide autocentre? Don't wnat any huge bills and don't trust garages taht much so thought best to go through a chain like them?!

My car is 4 years old so hopefully no major problems. Am a member of the AA and tehrefore get 33% off fee at nationwide autocentre

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated

But won't they hike up some of their prices for AA members, as they have to take into account AA members' special offer? If you do go there, give them a ring to ask for a quote and then when you get there, ask them again the price, then tell them about your AA discount when you pay.

Prolly a bit late for the OPs reply..

I had a major service/MOT done on my car last week.. paid the price they quoted on the phone inc my AA discount.

Staff at reception said "it passed with flying colours" and its a 1994 Japanese import. On the receipt, they advised what bits needed to be done.. but I'm taking it done at an independent as its cheaper than NA.
