I just managed to finally get through to her - she is really pleased - I think she is more pleased that I wrote something about all she has done for me than pleased for the vouchers if that makes sense. I guess it is true what goes around comes around and she really deserved a treat. She is expecting her first baby too so the money will be so useful for her.
