I have got a virgin credit card and have noticed that I have a PPI with it, as I got it on line can I try to claim it back
I would not of taken it out if I had known, as I am paid at work for sickness etc, so I dont need it,
but the template letters dont seem to cover this problem.

Hi there
I would try to reclaim on this, especially if you were not aware you had this when you taken this out.
Did you have to sign anything?
Besides as you have cover anyway, its worthless to you, I would also mention this in the letter.
Check here for more details, with info on ppi mis selling and letter templates in stages:

They have 8 weeks to respond, obviously in the template letter use your own words.
They may try fobbing you off as it was done online, but keep at them, another letter maybe required - if they fob you off on the first response.
In the final letter, they will or should let you know how you can take this further, normally with the Financial ombudsman service (FOS), if your not satisfied with the final outcome.
Post all letters by recorded delivery.
If you've no agreement for this, write to them to request for a copy.
Enclose a £1 postal order of cheque payment to cover the cost for this request, they should send you this by 12 days.
Just post up if you require any help, good luck.;)XThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0
